This visa category is the only direct permanent visa available to business people wishing to settle in Australia.
To apply for this visa the applicant must -
- have the appropriate sponsorship from a State/Territory Government;
- Under the age of 55 years;
- have total net business assets AUD $400,000 and an annual turnover of at least AUD$3,000,000;
- have total net business and personal assets of at least AUD$1,500,000 transferable to Australia within 2 years.
