To apply for this visa the applicant must -
- have the appropriate sponsorship from a State or Territory Government;
- have an ownership interest of at least 10% in an Australian Business for at least 2 years prior to applying and be involved in the management of that business;
- the annual turnover of the business must be at least AUD $200,000 or total exports of at least AUD $100,000 for 2 years prior to applying;
- the total net value of business assets of at least AUD$75,000 for 2 years prior to applying;
- score at least 105 points.
