To apply for this visa the applicant must -
- be a valid holder of a visitors visa, student visa or temporary residents visa
- have lived in Australia for at least 9 of the 12 months prior to applying
- have an ownership interest of at least 10% in an Australian Business for at least 18 months prior to applying;
- the total net value of business and personal assets of at least AUD$250,000 for the 12 months prior to applying;
- the total net value of business assets of at least AUD$100,000 for 12 months prior to applying;
- score at least 105 points.
