To apply for this visa the applicant must -
- be under the age of 45 years;
- have over 3 years direct investment and management experience;
- have total business and personal assets valued at least AUD $2,250,000
- have successfully managed -
- an investment porto folio with a total value of AUD $1,500,000
- have an ownership interest in a qualifying business;
- be able to make a designated investment in Australia $1,500,000 at the time visa is to be granted.
Investors (Residence)
To apply for this visa the applicant must -
- be holding a Investors Visa (Provisional);
- have been residing in Australia for at least 2 years;
- have maintained a designated investment in Australia for at least 4 years.
