State/Territory Sponsored Investors (Provisional)

To apply for this visa the applicant must -

• have an appropriate sponsorship from a State or Territory Government;

• be under the age of 55 years;

• have successfully managed -
  
  
  • an investment porto folio with a total value of AUD $750,000;
    
    
  • have an ownership interest in a qualifying business;

• be able to make a designated investment in Australia for a period of 4 years of at least AUD$750,000.

State/ Territory Sponsored Investors (Residence)

To apply for this visa the applicant must -

• have an appropriate sponsorship from a state or territory government;

• be holding a State/Territory Sponsored Investors Visa (provisional);

• have been residing in the State/Territory which sponsored them on that provisional visa for at least 2 years in the past 4 years;

• have maintained a designated investment in Australia for at least 4 years.
