To apply for this visa the applicant must have :
- appropriate sponsorship by a State or Territory Government;
- under the age of 55 years;
- own a business with an annual turnover at least AUD $300,000 in two of the four fiscal years or who can show a high level of management skill in a business
- the total net value of personal and business assets at least AUD $ 250,000 which are transferable to Australia within 2 years.

To apply for this visa the applicant must have -
- an appropriate sponsorship by a State or Territory Government;
- been granted a visa in the Business Skills (Provisional) Visa class;
- have an interest in a business operating in Australia for at least 2 years;
- meet any 2 of the following requirements-
- the total net value of assets in a business in Australia of at least AUD $ 75,000;
- the total net value of your personal and business assets of at least AUD $ 250,000;
- employed at least 1 full time eligible employee.
