Andrew Priestley - Principal
Mr Priestley is admitted to the Supreme Court of
Victoria and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He holds degrees in
Economics and Law from Monash University in Melbourne. Mr Priestley has
written articles on Australian and European legal issues for the
Australian editions of "Europe Business Review" and the weekly
newspaper "New Europe". He has lived in Europe and speaks fluent German.
William Mulholland - Consultant
Mr Mulholland practises in the area of commercial law, litigation and intellectual property.
Mark Pollinger –
Consultant
Mr Pollinger holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the
University
of
Sydney
. He has practised for more than
20 years in the areas of property law and commercial law, with a particular
focus on franchising and information technology businesses. He has represented
clients in diverse industries including finance, accounting, advertising,
retail, hospitality, medical, pharmacy, property development and software
development.
Mr Pollinger also practices in other areas, including conveyancing
and wills and probate.
Hai Tran - Solicitor
Ms Tran completed a double degree in Commerce
(majoring in Accounting) and Law from the University of Sydney. She has
experience in commercial transactions, commercial agreements and
insolvency.
Ms Tran speaks fluent Vietnamese.
Ms Tran is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Theresa Dabuli - Admitted to the High Court of NZ and Supreme Court of NSW
Ms
Dabuli holds a law degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
She is currently undertaking her Masters in Laws at the University of
New South Wales.
Ms Dabuli has been admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the High Court of
New Zealand and as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of New
South Wales.
Lisa Dong - Paralegal
Ms Dong completed a law degree and worked with top-tie law firm in China in the past few years. She holds double degree of Master of Commerce and Master of Laws in the Univeristy of Sydney. She has experience in international trade and legel services.
Ms Dong speaks fluent Mandarin.
