Andrew Priestley - Principal
Mr Priestley is admitted to the Supreme Court of
Victoria and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He holds degrees in
Economics and Law from Monash University in Melbourne. Mr Priestley has
written articles on Australian and European legal issues for the
Australian editions of "Europe Business Review" and the weekly
newspaper "New Europe". He has lived in Europe and speaks fluent German.
Elle Zhang - Solicitor
Ms Zhang holds a combined arts and law degree from the University of Sydney and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Ms Zhang speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
Katia Zeynoun - Solicitor
Ms Zeynoun holds a law degree from Macquarie University and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor in the
Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Gregory Aillaud - Solicitor
Mr Aillaud holds a Master degree in International and European law and an L.L.M. in European Business Law from the Universite of Aix Marseille III, France. He is admitted as barrister and solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
He has experience working for clients in French business law and foreign investment in the People's Republic of China. Mr Aillaud is a native French speaker and is professionally conversant in Spanish, Italian and Mandarin.
