State/Territory Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional)
To apply for this visa the applicant must -
- have appropriate sponsorship by State or Territory Government;
- be under the age of 55 years;
- is employed by a major business with an annual turnover of at least [AUD$300,000] who holds a position in the highest three levels of the management in that business for at least 2 years;
- a total net value business and personal assets at least AUD $ 250,000 which is transferrable to Australia within 2 years.
Non Sponsored Senior Executive (Provisional)
To apply for this visa the applicant must :
- Be under the age of 45 years;
- be employed by a major business with an annual turnover of at least [AUD$50million] who occupies a position in the 3 highest level of management;
- have total net assets of at least AUD $ 500,000 which is transferable to Australia within 2 years of being granted this visa and additional AUD $ 100,000 for settlement.
